Ready to conquer YOUR terrain? Sign up now!
what should we expect?
Mud, obstacles and a fun after party. This isn’t your typical race: there will be 20 obstacles on your course to conquer and you’ll finish covered in mud. Most athletes don’t race home after but instead enjoy watching others finish while they enjoy music, grab some food and a cold drink.
Head over to our Race Day info to get all the details on what to expect and watch some videos to get excited for YOUR dirtiest day as you get covered in mud and conquer obstacles with your friends.
Mud Run Location
This is a race and all athletes will be timed! Your time will be slower than a 5k or 10k race, but it’s always nice to see how you rank compared to fellow athletes. We use chip timing so you can see how fast you really are and we provide you with a free printable ‘finisher certificate‘ online after the race. If you want to be eligible for an award, sign up for the competitive 9am wave.
We suggest avoiding W Gates Pass Rd when driving to Old Tucson. S Kinney Rd accessed from Ajo Hwy (SR 86). Free parking will be located in the normal Old Tucson parking lot.
There will be water station every 1-2 miles with water only. If you prefer electrolyte fluids, gels, etc., please plan to carry your own supplies.
Optional Friday packet pickup will be available from 4-7pm. Location TBD.
Thanks for an amazing race Tucson!
Pictures of you getting crazy on the finish slide, mud pit and portrait station can be viewed by clicking the camera next to your results.
Results are online so you can see how you stacked up to the competition. Print your finisher certificate after you find a photo of yourself and tag yourself in it. Want to check out your results on your phone? Check out our iOS app.
